Postoj sociálních pracovníků působících v pobytových sociálních službách v Praze k osobám se sluchovým postižením

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of people with hearing impairments from the perspective of the field of social work. It presents and characterizes the attitudes of social workers working in residential social services in Prague towards people with hearing impairments. It focuses mainly on how the actors of social work but also their clients reflect their behavior, thinking and experience within a specific residential social service. In the theoretical part, the purpose is to present the essential features of the issue and ways of social work with people with hearing impairments in the context of residential social services. In the practical part, the attitude of social workers working in residential social services with a defined target group is presented with the help of a questionnaire survey, which is supplemented by a reflection of their clients with hearing impairment. The diploma thesis answers in detail whether there are any barriers to the target group that may not allow admission to residential social services. In the end, the main research question is answered and recommendations for practice are given. Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou osob se sluchovým postižením z pohledu oboru sociální práce. Předkládá a charakterizuje postoje sociálních pracovníků působících v pobytových sociálních službách v Praze k osobám se sluchovým postižením. Zaměřuje se především na to, jakým způsobem aktéři sociální práce ale i jejich klienti reflektují své chování, myšlení a prožívání v rámci konkrétní pobytové sociální služby. V teoretické části je smyslem představit podstatné rysy problematiky a způsoby sociální práce s osobami se sluchovým postižením v kontextu pobytových sociálních služeb. V praktické části je pomoci dotazníkového šetření prezentován postoj sociálních pracovníků pracujících v pobytových sociálních službách s definovanou cílovou skupinou, který je doplněn o reflexi jejich klientů se sluchovým postižením. Diplomová práce podrobně rozebírá, zda existují nějaké bariéry vůči cílové skupině, které mohou neumožnit přijetí do pobytové sociální služby. V závěru je zodpovězena hlavní výzkumná otázka a také jsou uvedena doporučení pro praxi.
