Nácvik úchopů ergoterapeutem pomocí muzikoterapeutických technik

Abstract

Bakalářská práce nazvaná Nácvik úchopů ergoterapeutem pomocí muzikoterapeutických technik je rozdělená na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se věnuje úvodu do oboru ergoterapie a muzikoterapie, muzikoterapeutickým technikám a jejich využití v ergoterapii, horní končetině (rozebírá její význam, druhy a fáze úchopů) a základním informacím k centrální paréze. V praktické části jsou zpracované 2 kazuistiky pacientů po úrazech páteře s kvadruplegií a přehled terapií včetně fotodokumentace. Na základě pozorování a orientačního testování bylo provedeno zhodnocení. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda lze pomocí muzikoterapeutických technik trénovat úchopy.

The bachelor thesis called Grips Training supported by an occupational therapist using music therapy techniques is divided into two parts - the theoretical and the practical one. The theoretical part deals with an introduction to the occupational therapy and music therapy, the music therapy techniques and their use in occupational therapy, upper extremity (discusses its importance, types and stages of handles) and basic information to the central paresis. The practical part processed 2 case reports of patients with quadriplegia after spinal injuries and overview of therapies, including photographs. The evaluation was performed based on observation and orientation testing. The aim is to determine whether music therapy techniques can be used to train grips.
