Rozhovor v sociální práci jako způsob rozumění člověku

Abstract

This thesis explores the topic of conversation in social work. It describes how conversation can serve as a means to understand a person and perceive them in their complexity. The thesis poses two main questions. The first asks how conversation in social work contributes to the perception of the person (the client) and their situation in its complexity, and what may hinder this perception. The second question concerns how philosophy and theology can inspire the understanding of conversation in social work, and how they may support a holistic view of clients' situations by social workers. The aim of the thesis is to answer both of these questions. The thesis first defines conversation in social work, presenting it as a technique, a method, and a part of a theory. It addresses key aspects of conversation, including the formation of the relationship. Further, it discusses how social work understands the complexity of the client's situation through the concept of the "lifeworld," and identifies barriers within the conversation that may prevent a comprehensive understanding of the client. After describing these barriers, the thesis draws inspiration from philosophical and theological authors associated with the philosophy of dialogue. Tato práce se věnuje tématu rozhovoru v sociální práci. Popisuje, jak je možné skrze rozhovor rozumět člověku a nahlížet na něj v jeho komplexnosti. Práce si klade dvě otázky. První z nich je, jak rozhovor v sociální práci přispívá k vnímání člověka (klienta) a jeho situace v komplexnosti a co tomuto vnímání brání. Druhá otázka zní, jak může filozofie a teologie inspirovat pohled na rozhovor v sociální práci, a na vnímání celistvosti situace klientů a klientek sociálními pracovníky. Cílem práce je obě otázky zodpovědět. Práce nejprve definuje, co je rozhovor v sociální práci, a to popisem rozhovoru jako techniky, metody a součásti teorie. Práce pokrývá klíčové aspekty rozhovoru, včetně tvorby vztahu. Dále je popsáno, jak sociální práce vnímá komplexnost situace klienta skrze koncept přirozeného světa, a kde jsou bariéry v rozhovoru, které brání ve vidění komplexnosti situace klienta. Po popisu bariér pokračuji inspirací pro rozhovor od autorů z filozofie a teologie věnujících se filozofii dialogu. Představím práci Sokrata, Martina Bubera, Emmanuela Lévinase, Hanse- Georga Gadamera a Davida Tracyho. Na filozofické a teologické autory navazuje popis rozhovoru v duchovní péči a popsání jedné konkrétní metody vedení rozhovoru. V poslední části práce je popsáno, co z filozofie a teologie může být...
