Supervize zaměřená na kazatele CB

Abstract

The diploma thesis aims to find such a form, focus, and way of conducting supervision in which the preachers of the Church of the Brethren (CB) could obtain what they need for their vocation, and the diploma thesis aims personal growth. To achieve this goal, it is important to understand the CB preacher in his environment and his needs so that supervision can be "tailored" to him. The theoretical part of this work aims to explore and describe the starting point, which is the organization of the CB and the profession of a preacher with all its aspects affecting his service. It also describes the conceptual and organizational framework of the case study and clarifies the starting points on which the supervisor is based. It deals with the concepts of supervision, reflexivity and a safe environment in supervision. The practical part in the form of an extended case study of three groups of preachers describes the process of introducing supervision for CB preachers. Cílem diplomové práce je nalézt takovou formu, zaměření a způsob provádění supervize, ve které by kazatelé Církve bratrské (CB) mohli získat to, co potřebují pro své povolání a pro svůj osobní růst. K naplnění tohoto cíle je důležité porozumět kazateli CB v jeho prostředí a s jeho potřebami tak, aby mu mohla být supervize "šitá na míru". Teoretická část této práce si dává za cíl prozkoumat a popsat výchozí terén, kterým je organizace CB a povolání kazatele se všemi jeho aspekty majícími vliv na jeho službu. Dále popisuje konceptuální a organizační rámec kazuistiky a objasňuje východiska, z nichž supervizorka vychází. Zabývá se tématy pojetí supervize, reflexivity a bezpečného prostředí v supervizi. Praktická část formou rozšířené kazuistiky tří skupin kazatelů popisuje proces zavádění supervize pro kazatele CB. Podrobněji je zaznamenán proces první skupiny kazatelů, kde si supervizorka všímá potřeb kazatelů v kontextu supervize, které vyhodnocuje a v případě potřeby nastavuje změny, které zpětně hodnotí a reflektuje. Zařazení změn do procesu supervize a případné nastavování organizačních procesů pak sleduje u dalších dvou skupin.
