coping strategies|stress|stress management|job satisfaction|managersTématem této bakalářské práce je prožívání pracovního stresu a problematika využívání strategií zaměstnanci působících na manažerských pozicích v pracovní spokojeností. V první části práce je zahrnuta komparace pojmů stres a psychická zátěž, dále jsou rozebrány související pojmy. Druhá část se věnuje pracovní spokojenosti. Tř část se zabývá popisem manažerské práce a nárokům, se kterými je tato cílová skupina nucena se vypořádávat. Východiskem empirického šetření, které je součástí následující části této práce, je rešerše odborné literatury a dosud provedených výzkumů, které se těmito skutečnosti zabývají pouze okrajově. Cílem výzkumu je ověřit míru závislosti mezi celkovou mírou pracovní spokojenosti a podílem využívání ofenzivních či defenzivních strategií zvládání stresu zároveň zjistit, jak je preference využívání těchto strategií ovlivněna dostupností nabídky školení ke zvládání stresu na pracovišti. Dílčím cílem je zanalyzovat nejčastější situace, při nichž manažeři zažívají psychickou zátěž. Sběr dat byl proveden na základě kvantitativního šetření realizovaného prostřednictvím elektronického dotazníku. Zjištěné výsledky potvrdily vztah mezi strategiemi zvládání stresu a celkovou mírou pracovní spokojenost, ač pouze případě defenzivních copingových strategií, jejichž využívání pracovní spokojenosti...
This bachelor thesis deals with the subject of work stress and using coping strategies among managers in the terms of job satisfaction. The first part of the thesis includes the comparsion of the concept stress and mental load, continues with description of the related terms. The second part provides details about job satisfaction. The third part defines managerial work and the demands that managers and leaders are forced to deal with. The empirical part is based on literature search and so far conducted researches, which describe these facts only marginally. The main aim of own research is to verify dependency between the overall level of job satisfaction and preferences for using offensive or defensive stress management strategies. Another goal is to find out how are these preferences affected by the availability of stress management trainings in the workplace. The partial aim is to analyze the most common situations in which managers experience stress load. A quantitative survey was implemented by means of an electronic questionnaire. The results confirmes the relationship between coping strategies and job satisfaction although, only in the case od defensive strategies, the use of which significatnly reduce job satisfaction.
