Psychosociální rehabilitace lidí se schizofrenním onemocněním

Abstract

V mé diplomové práci se zrcadlí otázky i zkušenosti mé práce s mladými lidmi, které postihla vážná nemoc, která i přes desetiletí zkoumání a určité úspěchy v léčbě stále zůstává ve své podstatě tajemnou a to v mnoha rovinách. Přes mnohé teorie a poznatky nikdo nedokáže říci, proč nemoc vzniká, čeho je důsledkem Ge-li vůbec důsledkem) a čeho je potřeba pro úzdravu. Tajemno schizofrenie má ale i svůj hluboký rozměr, vzbuzuje respekt vůči silám a cestám lidské duše a zároveň úctu vůči každému nemocnému a jeho cestám, jak se s oním hrůzným tajemnem vyrovnává. V diplomové práci jsem se snažila popsat teoretické i praktické poznatky, které mohou pomoci schizofrenii aspoň trochu porozumět a především z praktického hlediska pomoci lidem trpícím schizofrenním onemocněním na jejich cestě k úzdravě. V teoretické části nejdříve přibližuji koncept schizofrenie, teorie etiologie, které se mi zdají funkční jako východiska léčebných a rehabilitačních intervencí, stejně jako prevence relapsu. Následně se věnuji samotným léčebným intervencím s těžištěm na některé novější koncepty (včasná intervence, psychosociální rehabilitace). The main topíc of this thesis is a serious psychical illness schizophrenia. Theoretical part of this essay describes development of the term and the theories of etiology, whereas the accent is on the ones, which can be usefull for treatment and psychosocial rehabilitation of schizophrenic people. Then there are introduced the treatment methods with the emphasis on new concepts- early intervention and rehabilitation. The main part describes psychosocial rehabilitation and especially the programs, which are widely used in the last years - cognitive functions training, social skills training and supported education. These concepts are crucial in schizophrenia research nowadays as well in practical use and they are dosely related to the subject ofthe practical part ofthis thesis. In the practical part a specific psychosocial rehabilitation program is introduced - "Program Student". The goal of my investigation was to find out using qualitative research methods, if the clients perceive any benefits from this program.
