Altruistické chování a jeho souvislost s ekonomickým klimatem

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je prozkoumat a shrnout hlavní myšlenky týkající se altruismu. V práci je vyvozen závěr, že lidský projev altruismu je výsledkem kombinace mnoha podnětů, jež autor navrhuje rozdělit na vnější a vnitřní motivy. V práci je obhájen názor, že altruistické chování může být, až na některé výjimky, považováno za racionální. Práce se přiklání k tvrzení a poskytuje důkazy, že CSR ani státní altruismus nemohou být pokládány za altruistické chování v pravém slova smyslu. V závěru je navržena nová definice altruismu, která zachovává původní znění, ale přidává nutnou podmínku nezištnosti. Tím do sebe nezahrnuje chování motivované chladným ekonomickým kalkulem jedince, či čistou reciprocitou, ačkoliv se takové jednání může často na první pohled jevit altruistickým. This bachelor thesis aims to research and summarize the main thoughts of altruism. The thesis concludes that human expression of altruistic behavior is a result of many incentives, which author of the thesis suggests to split in external and internal motives. The thesis justifies view that altruistic behavior can be, except few exceptions, considered as rational. The thesis proves statement that neither CSR nor altruism of state can be considered to be altruistic in the true meaning. At the end, a new version of definition of altruism is suggested. The new version adds an extra condition of selflessness. Thus, the new version does not consider behavior motivated by cold economic calculus or pure reciprocity to be altruistic, even though it often might appear to be altruistic at a first glance.
