Prevence šikany na základních školách

Abstract

Ve své diplomové práci jsem analyzoval úspěšnost implementace politiky prevence a řešení šikanování na základních školách v České republice. Vycházel jsem přitom z teorie implementace a street level byrokracie. Předpokladem úspěšnosti implementace této politiky je její přijetí školami, tedy pedagogy a řediteli škol. K analýze úspěšnosti implementace politiky prevence a řešení šikanování jsem využil dostupnou odbornou literaturu, analyzoval jsem aktuální dokumenty, které školám předkládá MŠMT (např. Metodický pokyn k prevenci a řešení šikanování), využil jsem poznatky z dotazníkových šetření, focus groups a Panelu ředitelů, které realizuje společnost SCIO. Absolvoval jsem pět strukturovaných rozhovorů s řediteli základních škol. V další části práce jsem se zaměřil na kvantitativní výzkum, dotazníkové šetření pro ředitele základních škol. Na ředitele škol jsem se zaměřil zejména z toho důvodu, že jsou klíčovými aktéry pro implementaci školských politik a mají dostatek informací o každodenní školské praxi. In my diploma thesis I analysed the success of the implementation of the policy on the prevention and solution of bullying at primary schools in the Czech Republic. I was based on the theory of implementation and street level bureaucracy. The hypothesis for the success of the implementation of this policy is the acceptance of schools, teachers, and the Director of the schools. To analyze the success of the implementation of the policy on the prevention and solution of bullying, I took advantage of the available professional literature, I've analyzed the current documents, which shall submit to the Ministry of Education (for example Methodological guideline for the prevention and solution of bullying), I have used the knowledge from the survey, focus groups and regular meetings of Directors, which realizes the company SCIO.
