Abstract

STAVEBNÍ SPOŘENÍ - PRÁVNÍ A EKONOMICKÁ PROBLEMATIKA, VÝTAH Cílem této práce je podrobně seznámit čtenáře s problematikou stavebního spoření. Popisuje základní principy a systém stavebního spoření, problematiku stavebního spoření z pohledu stavebních spořitelen a dává také praktické rady potenciálním účastníkům stavebního spoření. Zabývá se též klíčovou judikaturou a uvažuje nad podobou tohoto finančního produktu v budoucnosti. První kapitola stručně líčí historický vývoj stavebního spoření v Anglii, Německu a České republice a vysvětluje princip svépomocných stavebních družstev. Druhá kapitola představuje úvod do problematiky stavebního spoření, je zde vysvětlen základní princip a popsána právní úprava. Pozornost je také věnována jednomu z klíčových pojmů stavebního spoření, kterým je státní podpora stavebního spoření, a jejímu vlivu na výhodnost a existenci stavebního spoření. Stavební spořitelny jako úzce specializované finanční instituce jsou popsány v následující kapitole. Je zde také nastíněno hospodaření stavebních spořitelen, pokud jde fond stavebního spoření, tedy udržování rovnováhy mezi vklady a úvěry. BUILDING SAVINGS - LEGAL AND ECONOMICAL ISSUES, ABSTRACT The aim of this work is to familiarize the reader in details with the issue of building savings. The work describes the basic principles and the system of building savings, problematic of building savings from the point of view of the building societies and also provides useful advices to the potential participants of the building savings. It also deals with the key jurisprudence and considers the form of this financial product in the future. In the first chapter, historical process of the building savings in England, Germany and Czech Republic is described, and principle of the self-help building societies is explained. Second chapter presents introduction to problems of the building savings, basic principle is explained and the legal regulations are described here. Attention is also paid to one of the key terms of the building savings, which is the state support of building savings and its effect on profitability and existence of the building savings. The building societies, as highly specialized financial institutions, are described in the following chapter.
