Strategie destigmatizace v organizacích občanské společnosti: případová studie organizací podporujících oběti domácího násilí

Abstract

This thesis examines the strategies of destigmatization applied by civil society organizations focused on supporting people at risk of domestic violence. The aim of the thesis is to understand whether and how these organisations apply strategies aimed at reducing the stigma associated with domestic violence, and how they adapt them to different target actors - clients, professionals, the general public and other institutions. In doing so, the thesis focuses on mapping the strategies that actually exist, rather than on normative ideals. The theoretical part links the concepts of stigma, destigmatization strategies and the role of civil society organizations. The research was conducted as a qualitative multi-case study and is based on the perspective of the organizations. The results show that the selected organisations apply a variety of strategies across levels - from direct work with clients, to professional development within the organisation, to public education and interdisciplinary cooperation. The work provides insights into the role that civil society organizations can play as actors in society. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá strategiemi destigmatizace, které uplatňují organizace občanské společnosti zaměřující se na podporu osob ohrožených domácím násilím. Cílem práce je porozumět, zda a jakým způsobem tyto organizace uplatňují strategie zaměřené na oslabování stigmatu spojeného s domácím násilím, a jak je přizpůsobují různým cílovým aktérům - klientům, odborné i laické veřejnosti a dalším institucím. Práce se přitom zaměřuje na zmapování skutečně existujících strategií, nikoli na normativní ideály. Teoretická část propojuje koncepty stigmatu, destigmatizačních strategií a role organizací občanské společnosti. Výzkum byl realizován formou kvalitativní mnohapřípadové studie a vychází z perspektivy samotných organizací občanské společnosti. Výsledky prokazují, že vybrané organizace uplatňují různorodé strategie napříč úrovněmi - od přímé práce s klienty, přes profesní rozvoj v organizaci, po veřejnou osvětu a mezioborovou spolupráci. Práce přináší poznatky o tom, jakou roli mohou zaujímat organizace občanské společnosti jako aktéři ve společnosti.
