Přínosy a rizika otevření profese učitele na základních školách jedincům bez pedagogického vzdělání

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse the issue of teaching as a profession in the conditions of current changes in education and to describe the current situation in the field of personnel provision of education in several elementary schools. The thesis presents the general characteristics of teaching, teaching as a profession, the choice of a teaching profession and teacher education. Part of the thesis is devoted to the educational policy of the Czech Republic after 1989 and the current situation in education. In the practical part, the motives of teachers without pedagogical qualifications for choosing the teaching profession are described and the benefits and problems in their teaching practice are analysed from the point of view of these teachers and from the point of view of school principals.

Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat problematiku učitelství jako profese v podmínkách současných proměn vzdělávání a popsat aktuální situaci v oblasti personálního zajištění vzdělávání na vybraných základních školách. V práci je uvedena obecná charakteristika učitelství, učitelství jako profese, pozornost je upřena též na volbu učitelské profese a vzdělávání učitelů. Část práce je věnována vzdělávací politice v České republice po roce 1989 a současné situaci ve školství. V praktické části jsou objasněny motivy učitelů bez pedagogické kvalifikace k volbě učitelské profese a analyzovány přínosy a problémy jejich učitelské praxe z pohledu těchto učitelů a z pohledu ředitelů škol.
