Vzdělávání sester v intenzivní péči

Abstract

Uvedení do problémů: V současné době je vzdělávání sester věnována stále větší pozornost. Děje se tak ze strany kompetentních orgánů ve vedení samotného resortu zdravotnictví, ze strany pedagogů, ze strany samotných sester, ale i nemocných. Stále je palčivý nedostatek sester snad ve všech oborech a nemocnicích. Nynější situace ve zdravotnictví se pomalu vyrovnává se změnami v oblasti vzdělávání a teprve čas ukáže, jestli změny byly nastaveny správným směrem a pomohou k přílivu kvalifikovaného personálu do nemocnic. Cíle: hlavním cílem mojí diplomové práce bylo zjistit motivaci sester ke specializačnímu studiu v intenzivní péči při zaměstnání. Dílčím cílem číslo jedna bylo zjistit, jestli se sestry vzdělávají v rámci celoživotního vzdělávání. Dílčím cílem číslo dva bylo zmapovat, co sestry v současné době nejvíce zatěžuje při jejich práci v intenzivní péči. Metodologie: Zvoleno bylo kvantitativní šetření pomocí dotazníků vlastní konstrukce, které probíhalo v populaci sester pracujících v intenzivní péči. Výsledky: Z výsledků šetření vyplynulo, že hlavním důvodem sester pro studium při zaměstnání byla skutečnost, že potřebovaly peníze na studium, chtěly mít více času na vlastní zájmy a měly placené volno před zkouškami.
