Prevence kriminality mládeže na základních školách v praxi

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na téma implementace prevence kriminality na základních školách v České republice. Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnotit aplikaci programů prevence kriminality z pohledu pedagogů na vybrané základní škole a nalézt hlavní nedostatky a prostor pro zlepšení, zejména v oblasti implementace. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. V první časti práce jsou představena teoretická a věcná východiska problematiky. Teoretická východiska shromažďují názory odborníků z oblasti prevence kriminality a pomáhají definovat základní pojmy, koncepty a teoretické rámce, se kterými se v práci dále pracuje. Hlavním teoretickým východiskem práce je implementace státní prevence kriminality pomocí liniových vůdců (pracovníků školy, jako nejpřímějšího vykonavatele státní prevence). Věcná východiska vychází z rešerše dostupných legislativních a strukturálních podkladů pro prevenci kriminality na školách v České republice a zasazují tak problematiku do reality současného stavu a požadavků českého státního systému prevence. Druhá část práce je praktická a prezentuje výsledky případové studie, kterou autorka prováděla na vybrané základní škole v ČR. This thesis deals with the problem of the implementation of the crime prevention at the primary schools in the Czech Republic. The main objective was to evaluate the application of the crime prevention programs as viewed by the pedagogues from the selected primary school and to find the main insufficiencies and the room for improvements, especially in the implementation of the crime prevention programs area. This Thesis is divided into the two main parts. The theoretical and factual basis are presented in the first part. The theoretical basis collects the opinions of the experts from the given area and helps to define basic terms, concepts and theoretical scopes, with which this thesis further deals. The main theoretical basis of this thesis is the implementation of the state crime prevention through the street-level bureaucrats (employees of the school as the most direct executioners of the state crime prevention). The factual basis comes out from the research of the public legislative and structural basis for the crime prevention at schools in the Czech Republic and thus, it puts the problem into the reality of the current state and demands of the Czech state prevention system.
