Sociální pedagog a jeho práce s klienty

Abstract

The bachelor thesis "Social Educator and his Work with Clients" is focused on problems of work and relations between social educator and his clients. The aim is to summarize in key aspects social educators working as assisting professionals with clients. It describes the legislative position of social educators, the possibility of their professional employment and their clients. The main part is devoted to professional relationships between them and to aspects that create it, i.e. human element of a relationship, communication or more specific elements as a query of engagement or power. The thesis also describes topics as boundaries, ethics, supervision and possible interferences in personal life of social educators, e.g. burnout syndrome.

Bakalářská práce "Sociální pedagog a jeho práce s klienty" je zaměřena na problematiku práce a vztahů mezi sociálním pedagogem a jeho klienty. Jejím cílem je shrnout do ucelené teoretické studie klíčové aspekty práce s klienty u sociálních pedagogů jako pomáhajících profesionálů. Nahlíží na legislativní ukotvení sociálních pedagogů, možnost jejich profesního uplatnění i na jejich klienty. Hlavní část práce je věnovaná profesionálním vztahům mezi nimi a aspektům, které ho utváří, tj. lidský prvek vztahu, komunikace nebo specifičtější prvky, jako otázka angažovanosti či moci. Práce postihuje i téma hranic, etiky, supervize a možných přesahů do osobního života sociálních pedagogů, např. syndrom vyhoření.
