Abstract

Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku porodu a potřeb rodiček v první době porodní. Konkrétně na potřeby rodiček od začátku první doby porodní až do doby samotného po-rodu. V teoretické části se autor zaměřuje na historii porodnictví, na přístup k těhotným ženám v minulosti a v současném porodnictví. Dále je v rámci teoretické části popsán porod a jednotlivé doby porodní, včetně zaměření se na psychické a fyzické či sociální aspekty porodu. Pro realizaci praktické, výzkumné části práce je využito kvantitativní metodiky a technikou sběru dat je dotazník. Hlavním cílem výzkumné části bakalářské práce je zjistit, jak samy rodičky hodnotí přístup ošetřovatelského personálu v souvislosti se svými potřebami. V rámci dílčích cílů výzkumné části bakalářské práce bylo: Zjistit, zda rodička měla po celu dobu příjmu pocit soukromí a intimity. Zjistit, zda byl přístup ošetřovatelského personálu k rodičce empatický. Zjistit, zda na rodičku působilo prostředí porodnického oddělení uklidňujícím do-jmem. Z výsledků je zřejmé, že oslovené respondentky považují za nejvýznamnější po-třeby například přítomnost blízké osoby v době předporodní a u porodu. Další výraznou potřebou, která se prezentovala ve výzkumné šetření, byla potřeba tišení bolesti, a to jak farmakologickými, tak i nefarmakologickými postupy...

The work focuses on the issues and needs of mothers giving birth in the first stage of labor. Specifically on the needs of mothers from the beginning of the first stage of labor until the birth itself. In the theoretical part, the author focuses on the history of obstetrics, access to pregnant women in the past and in the present obstetrics. Furthermore, in the context of theoretical described childbirth and individual stage of labor, including a focus on mental and physical and social aspects of childbirth. For practical implementation, the study is the use of quantitative methods and techniques of data collection is questionnaire. The main objective of this thesis is to investigate how mothers themselves the approach of the nursing staff in relation to their needs.. Within the sub-objectives of this thesis were: Determine whether a woman in labor was at all times a feeling of privacy and intimacy. Determine whether the approach of the nursing staff to bring forth empathetic. Determine whether the mother worked on environmental obstetrics department reassuring.
