Docusoap - mezi dokumentem a seriálem; adaptace zahraničních postupů v České republice

Abstract

- 1 - Abstrakt Cílem této práce je popsat docusoap ve vztahu k žánru reality television a jeho postavení ve světě. Sleduje jeho vývoj od samého počátku vzniku televize a definuje jej v rámci příbuzných televizních žánrů. Zabývá se postupy natáčení zahraničních dokumentů a jejich základních prvků. Zkoumá aplikace těchto postupů v rámci českých pořadů zařazených do formátu docusoap. Analyzovala jsem výskyt negativních sociálních jevů pěti docusoap odvysílaných v rámci programu České televize a dospěla k závěru, které z nich se objevují nejčastěji. Díky tomu jsem mohla posoudit popularitu vybraných témat pro diváky a porovnat je se zahraniční produkcí. Výstupem projektu je vytvořit obraz tohoto subžánru o jeho pozici v České republice a najít další možná témata, kterými se mohou tvůrci dále zabývat, a to i v kontextu mezižánrových výpůjček. Vytvořená analýza nám pomůže pochopit, proč tento žánr vznikl a jakou cestou se může dále ubírat a pomocí jakých postupů mohou tvůrci docusoap dosáhnout divácky atraktivních a kvalitní pořadů.

- 1 - Abstract The aim of this paper is to describe docusoap in relation to reality TV and its position in the world. Observe its development from the very beginning of creation and definition of television genres. It deals with the international practice shooting, its essential elements and subsequent applications within Czech programs included in the docusoap format. I analyzed its typical topics of the five monitoring programs within the Czech Television platform and concluded that the results of the most frequented phenomena here. Thanks to that, I could assess the popularity of selected topics for spectators and compare them with foreign productions. The output of the project is to create an image of this subgenre position in the Czech Republic and find other possible topics that docusoaps can deal with, even in the context of cross-genre borrowing. That will help us understand why this genre originated and what path its actions will continue to take and what copyright procedures, combined with social themes, and are considered attractive for the audience.
