Problém adaptace děl tzv. červené knihovny do filmové podoby

Abstract

Cílem této práce je popsat vztah literárního textu červené knihovny a jeho filmové podoby. Přistupujeme k žánru červené knihovny jako k podžánru populární literatury a jako takový ho charakterizujeme. Dále zmiňujeme různé teorie adaptace, zvláštní pozornost věnujeme teorii Lindy Hutcheon. Na základě vymezení žánru červené knihovny a vhodné teorie adaptace přistupujeme k samotné komparaci vybraných románů Maryny Radoměrské a jejich filmových přepisů. Sledujeme, do jaké míry je tato adaptace věrná své předloze, zda vůbec mohla být věrná a zda uspokojila diváka tolik jako literární předloha. The aim of this thesis is to describe a relation between a literary text of love romance stories and its film adaptation. We understand love romance stories genre as a subgenre of popular literature and we define it like that. We also mention various theories of adaptation, mainly the theory of Linda Hutcheon. On the basis of the specification of the love romance genre and the appropriate theory of adaptation we compare chosen novels of Maryna Radoměrská and theirs film adaptations. We observe how much is this adaptation loyal to the novel which it is based on, whether it could have been loyal or has satisfied the viewer as much as the novel.
