Vztah obecní samosprávy a neziskových organizací: příklad tří pražských samospráv

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to describe the relationship between local government and NGOs in the area of provision of social services. First chapter of the theoretical part defines the key participants of this relationship and presents theories, which consider the government or rather self-governments as the guarantor of institutional and financal framework, whereas NGOs are considered to be service providers. Second and third chapter focuses on theoretical framework of public administration and NGOs with a respect to the context of Czech republic. The empirical part presents outcomes of the research that took place at three self-governments in Prague and explores relationships between these municipalities and NGOs.

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vztahem obecní samosprávy a neziskových organizací v oblasti poskytování sociálních služeb. V první kapitole teoretické části budou vymezeni aktéři tohoto vztahu a budou představeny teorie, které pohlížejí na stát resp. samosprávu jako na garanta institucionálního a finančního rámce a na neziskové organizace jako na poskytovatele služeb. Druhá a třetí kapitola přiblíží teoretický rámec veřejné správy a neziskových organizací a následně bude popsána situace v České republice. V empirické části bude představen průběh a výsledky výzkumu, který měl za cíl zmapovat vztah tří vybraných městských částí v Praze a organizací, které na jejich území poskytují sociální služby občanům.
