Kompetence lektora primární prevence v rámci Křesťanské pedagogicko-psychologické poradny

Abstract

Ve své práci se zabývám otázkou kompetencemi lektora primární prevence v rámci Krestanské pedagogicko-psychologické poradny. Cílem práce je definovat pojem kompetentní lektor primární prevence, vymezit jeho kompetence a roli v procesu primární prevence realizované Krestanskou pedagogicko-psychologickou poradnou. Praktická cást pak obsahuje analýzu a následné vyhodnocení deseti strukturovaných rozhovoru s lektory, kterí v této poradne pusobí. Cílem techto rozhovoru je zjistit, zda lektori vedí, jaké jsou jejich kompetence a role, jak vnímají pojetí primární prevence v rámci Krestanské pedagogicko-psychologické poradny a jak hodnotí kvalitu základního výcviku organizovaného poradnou.

In my work I study the question of competence of a lector of primary prevention at Christian Educational and Psychological Counselling. The aim of the paper is to define the term "a competent lector of primary prevention". Another goal is to specify his/her competence and role in the process of primary prevention implemented by Christian Educational and Psychological Counselling. The practical part contents an analysis and subsequent evaluation of ten structured dialogues with lectors who operate in this counselling institution. The purpose of these dialogues is to determine whether the lectors are aware of what their competences and roles are, and what is their perception of conception of primary prevention by Christian Educational and Psychological Counselling. The lectors' evaluation of the quality of their basic training, which is organised by the counselling institution, is also included in this part.
