Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením a sebehodnocením ředitelek mateřských škol. Mapuje kritéria zřizovatelů pro hodnocení práce ředitelek mateřských škol. Další oblast výzkumu je vlastní hodnocení ředitelek. Vychází z teoretických vědomostí, praktických zkušeností a výsledků empirického výzkumu. This thesis deals with the evaluation and self-assessment of the directors of kindergartens. It maps the criteria that founders of the kindergartens use for evaluating the work of the directors of kindergartens. Another area of the research is the self-evaluation of the directors. It is based on theoretical knowledge, practical experience and empirical research. It focuses on the mapping of the evaluation system of the directors of selected kindergartens.
