Problém v integraci dětí cizinců do školského vzdělávacího systému v České republice

Abstract

This bachelor's theses deals with problems which are setted in the integration of foreign pupils into educational system in Czech republic and which are needed to overcome during the integrational process by these pupils. The issue of the foreign children integration is really important and actual topic, but doesn't have the appropriate attention. The goal of this bachelor's theses is the confrontation of theoretical conceptions and plans of integration whig informations about it's process and implementation in reality. Because of made talks with people who are contributing the integration of foreign children, the pedagogues, thein assistants and non-governanmental organization workers, this bachelor's theses is pointing out the problems and the barrier which are setted in integrational process and which needed to master by these people and foreign children. The efficiency of the foreign pupils integration in primary schools is evaluated by the theory of integration by David Lockwood, which dimensions represents the barriers of successful inclusion of foreign children into czech school educational system and whole society. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problémy, které nastávají v integraci žáků cizinců do školského vzdělávacího systému v České republice a které musejí tito žáci v průběhu procesu začleňování překonávat. Problematika integrace dětí cizinců je velmi důležitým a duálním tématem, nedostává se jí však náležité pozornosti. Práce si klade za cíl konfrontaci teoretických koncepcí a plánů integrace s informacemi o jejich průběhu a naplňování v praxi. Díky uskutečněným rozhovorům s lidmi, kteří se na integraci dětí cizinců přímo podílí, tedy s pedagogy, jejich asistenty a pracovníky nestátních neziskových organizací, upozorňuje práce na problémy a bariéry, které v procesu integrace nastávají, a které musí tito lidé spolu s dětmi cizinci překonávat. Efektivitu integrace žáků cizinců na základních školách hodnotí pomocí teorie integrace Davida Lockwooda, jejíž dimenze představují jednotlivé bariéry úspěšného začleňování dětí cizinců do českého školního prostředí i celé společnosti. Přesto, že z analýzy rozhovorů vyplynulo, že aktér, který by se měl o integraci dětí cizinců do vzdělávacího systému zasluhovat nejvíce, tedy Ministerstvo školství, mládeže a tělovýchovy, nevyvíjí téměř žádnou aktivitu, díky snaze a ochotě pedagogů se přesto daří tyto žáky do školního prostředí i do společnosti vcelku dobře začlenit.
