Informace plynoucí v neformálních komunikačních kanálech organizace

Abstract

Thesis titled "Information flowing through informal communication channels in an Organization" discusses the basic issues and characteristics of the information as a result of informal communication channels in the organizations. Thesis defines the basic theoretical concepts and deals with a typology of communication channels within the organization. An important section is the chapter focusing on characteristics and mode of transmission of information flowing through the informal communication channels, in which is not presented only the informal structure of 5 relations, informal groups in the organization and communication networks, but also the most frequent occurrence of informal communication channels. The thesis also describes the advantages and disadvantages of this information. It also includes research based on an email-sent questionnaire. The aim of the analysis was the finding which the informal communication channels are the most widely used in the Municipal Library in Břeclav and what is the reason for their popularity.

Diplomová práce s názvem "Informace plynoucí v neformálních komunikačních kanálech organizace" pojednává o základní problematice a vlastnostech informací plynoucích v neformálních komunikačních kanálech organizace. Práce vymezuje základní teoretické pojmy a zabývá se typologií komunikačních kanálů v organizaci. Důležitým oddílem je kapitola zaměřující se na charakteristiku a způsob přenosu informací plynoucích v neformálních komunikačních kanálech, ve které je blíže představena nejen neformální struktura vztahů, neformální skupiny v organizaci a neformální komunikační sítě, ale také nejčastější výskyt neformálních komunikačních kanálů. Práce dále popisuje výhody a nevýhody těchto informací. Součástí je i analýza vytvořená na základě rozeslaného dotazníku, cílem analýzy je zjistit, které neformální komunikační kanály jsou v Městské knihovně Břeclav nejvíce využívané a co je důvodem jejich popularity.
