Kyberkriminalita a její obraz v médiích v souvislosti s odvysíláním dokumentu V síti

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit, jakým tématům se média věnovala v souvislosti s dokumentem Víta Klusáka a Barbory Chalupové V síti. Teoretická část práce představuje specifika kyberkriminality a kyberprostoru a zaměřuje se především na fenomén sociálních sítí a dětské uživatele. V této souvislosti práce mapuje nejčastější patologické jevy, které děti v online prostředí ohrožují, přičemž největší důraz klade na kybergrooming. Podrobněji se práce věnuje také prevenci, která má největší vliv na minimalizaci rizik v online prostoru. Klíčové je představení dokumentu V síti, který se věnuje kyberkriminalitě páchané na dětech v online prostoru a jehož uvedení zásadně přispělo k debatě o tomto fenoménu v médiích a ve společnosti. Výzkumná část práce je řešena metodou kvantitativní obsahové analýzy a sleduje, jaká témata se v médiích objevila v souvislosti s dokumentem, a to se zaměřením na kybergrooming a sexting, typologii pachatelů, prevenci a pomoc v této oblasti. The objective of this diploma thesis is to determine which topics the media focused on in connection with the documentary film V síti by Vít Klusák and Barbora Chalupová. The theoretical section of the thesis presents the specifics of cybercrime and cyberspace and focuses primarily on the phenomenon of social networks and child users. In this context, the thesis maps the most common pathological phenomena that endanger children online, with the greatest emphasis being put on cybergrooming. The thesis also focuses in detail on prevention, which has the greatest impact on minimizing the risks online. The key point is the presentation of the documentary V síti, which deals with cybercrime committed against children online and whose presentation has fundamentally contributed to the discussion on this phenomenon in the media and in society. The research section of the thesis was done using the quantitative analysis method and monitors which topics appeared in the media in connection with the documentary, with focus on cybergrooming and sexting, offender typology and prevention and help in this area.
