Přehled nástrojů využitelných ergoterapeutem pro hodnocení instrumentálních všedních denních činností

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is theoretical and deals with the topic of evaluation of instrumental activities of daily living (IADL). The theoretical part describes what are instrumental activities of daily living and their importance in terms of independent living and participation of an individual in society. It includes a chapter of evaluation in occupational therapy, which states reasons, approaches, principles and types of evaluation, important characteristics of assessment tools, the way how to select the tool and what impact does the loss of ability to perform ADL have on an individual's social participation. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse the literature and to create an overview of standardized assessment tools for the evaluation of instrumental ADL, which can be used in adults with various types of diagnoses. At the end of the thesis is a table of selected tools, which shows some characteristics such as short description, approximate time of administration, price, target group of patients and language. Kettle test was translated with permission of the authors and can be found in the Appendices.

bakalářské práce: Bakalářská práce je teoretická a zabývá se tématikou hodnocení instrumentálních všedních denních činností (IADL). V teoretické části je popsáno, co patří mezi instrumentální všední denní činnosti a jejich důležitost z hlediska soběstačnosti a participace jedince ve společnosti, dále obsahuje kapitolu Hodnocení v ergoterapii, kde jsou uvedeny důvody, přístupy, zásady a typy hodnocení, vlastnosti, které by měl mít hodnotící nástroj a podle čeho jej vybírat a jaké důsledky má ztráta schopností vykonávat IADL na sociální participaci jedince. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat odbornou literaturu a vytvořit přehled standardizovaných nástrojů pro hodnocení instrumentálních ADL, které se dají využít u dospělé populace s různým typem diagnóz. Na konci práce je tabulka vybraných nástrojů, kde je stručně uvedeno, co nástroj hodnotí, pro jakou cílovou skupinu je určen, jaká je přibližná doba administrace a jestli je placený a dostupný v českém jazyce. Kettle test byl se souhlasem autorů přeložen a nachází se v přílohách.
