Konstruování reality ve zpravodajství a vztah k mimomediální skutečnosti

Abstract

Diplomová práce představuje rozbor a komparaci dvou realit, u kterých je na základě teorií, jejichž výklad je součástí textu, předpokládán rozdílný charakter. V první části práce je ukotven teoretický rámec tématu, který je prezentován skrze rozbor samotného vztahu mezi médii a realitou. V tomto ohledu jsou charakterizovány základní přístupy, které na daný typ koexistence upozorňují skrze různá paradigmata. Jde především o směr sociálního konstruktivismu a reprezentace. V rámci teoretického úseku je dále předkládána kapitola, která se zabývá předestřením základů zpravodajství, kde jsou popsány specifické znaky této tvorby. V praktické části textu je nejdříve provedena definice a analýza mediální zpravodajské reality, u které je zacházeno s charakterem jejího deklaratorního vztahu k mimomediální skutečnosti. Posléze je stejný typ rozboru uplatněn i u ní - nemediální nebo také životní skutečnosti. Pro uchopení problematiky, které se práce věnuje v konkrétním slova smyslu, je posléze provedena analýza daných realit na příkladě vybrané zpravodajské události. Na základě těchto kroků je v závěru praktické části práce uplatněna komparativní analýza, která je zacílena na porovnání charakteristických vlastností obou rozebíraných realit. The master thesis is concerned with an analysis and a comparison of two realities that, according to the theory explained in the text, are supposed to be different. The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical framework through the analysis of the relation between media and reality. Basic approaches focusing on this coexistence through several paradigms, above all social constructivism and social representation, are explained. The theoretical part contains a chapter dedicated to the basics of news and the specificities of the content creation. The practical part of the thesis is first comprised of a definition and of an analysis of the news media reality, based on the declarative statements of its relation to the non-media reality. The same type of analysis is secondly also applied to the non-media or life reality. In order to facilitate comprehension of the topic and of these two realities, the work analyses a case study of a news event. Based on the case study, the practical section leads then to a comparative analysis of the characteristics of both studied realities.
