Abstract

Zabezpečení žen v těhotenství a mateřství a ochrana jejich práce Abstrakt Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zabezpečením žen v těhotenství a mateřství a ochranou jejich práce. Celá práce předkládá obraz jak o vývoji sociálního zabezpečení na území České republiky, tak zejména o současném stavu sociálního zabezpečení, které se týká především těhotných žen a rodičů pečujících o děti. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá historickým vývojem sociálního zabezpečení na našem území, zejména vývojem ve 20. století, který je určující pro současný stav sociálního zabezpečení v České republice. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na mezinárodní kontext sociálního zabezpečení. Česká republika je členským státem několika mezinárodních organizací, jejichž legislativa má na úpravu sociální oblasti u nás značný vliv. Tato kapitola je tedy věnována mezinárodním organizacím a předpisům mezinárodního práva, které se týkají sociální oblasti, především práva sociálního zabezpečení. Třetí kapitola je nejobsáhlejší a je věnována sociálnímu zabezpečení žen v těhotenství a mateřství. Zabývá se zabezpečením ze systému nemocenského pojištění i ze systému státní sociální podpory. Social security of women during pregnancy and maternity and protection of their work Abstract The diploma thesis deals with the security of women during pregnancy and motherhood and the safety of their work. The whole work illustrates the development of social security in the Czech Republic, in particular the current situation of social security with the main focus on pregnant women and parents taking care of their children. The diploma thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter deals with the historical development of social security in the territory of the Czech Republic, in particular the development in the 20 century which is decisive for the current state of social security in the Czech Republic. The second chapter focuses on the international context of social security. The Czech Republic is a member state of several international organisations whose legislation has a significant impact on our social area.
