Úspěšný učitel - různé pohledy na kvalitu pedagoga

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce nejprve definuje klíčové pojmy učitel, pedagog, vychovatel. Dále se zabývá osobností učitele, především různými typologiemi. Následuje hlavní část této práce, zamyšlení nad úspěšností pedagogického procesu a nad tím, jak je definován pojem "úspěšný učitel" dnes a jak tento pojem byl vnímán v minulosti. This bachelor thesis first defines key words a teacher, a pedagogue, and an educator. It also deals with the teacher's personality, especially with different typologies. The major part of this thesis is a reflection about the success of the educational process and how is the idea of "succesful teacher" defined today and how was this concept percieved in the past. In the final part of this thesis the author adds a few of his educational experiences. Key words Teacher, pedagogue, succesful teacher, typology, autority
