Proměny britsko-irských vztahů v letech 1919-1921

Abstract

Tato práce se věnuje britsko-irským vztahům a jak je ovlivnila Válka za nezávislost v letech 1919-1921. Text se zabývá historickým kontextem konfliktu. Práce je dále zaměřena především na problémy přelomu 19. a 20. století, pak na samotnou válku a to, co přišlo po ní. Jaký mělo osamostatnění se od Británie vliv na politickou a ekonomickou situaci v Irsku a jaké změny přišly v britsko-irských vztazích.

This thesis deals with Anglo-Irish relations and the influence of the Anglo-Irish War of Independence in 1919-1921. It pays closer attention to the historical context of the conflict and particularly the issues of the end of the 19th century and the early 20th century and furthermore on the war itself and the following affairs. Thesis examines what impact the independence from the British had on the political and economical situations in Ireland and how the Anglo-Irish relations transformed after it.
