Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je úspěch v životě očima pracovníka v sociální sféře. Teoretická část vysvětluje pojmy jako je hodnota, motivace. Přináší informace získané z literatury o hodnotách soudobé české společnosti a zamýšlí se nad jejím vývojem. Rovněž obsahuje krátké zpracování dílčích výsledků konkrétních studentských prací. Snaží se popsat slovy úspěch, úspěch v životě, sumarizovat faktory ovlivňující úspěch v životě. V neposlední řadě přibližuje sociální práci a konkrétní zařízení sociálních služeb, ve kterém výzkum probíhal. Praktická část popisuje a analyzuje názory, myšlenky, postřehy čtyř pracovníků nízkoprahového zařízení sociálních služeb, které se zabývá pomocí lidem bez přístřeší, ve vztahu k úspěchu v životě. Snaží se popsat jejich představu úspěchu v životě, která je spatřována ve spojení s pílí, vlastní iniciativou, nasazením, se znalostmi a s poctivou prací. Přináší pohled na jejich převažující životní hodnoty, motivace a pátrá po souvislostech s volbou zaměstnání. Práce v sociálních službách mění životní hodnoty lidí, kteří v ní působí. Jsou více orientovaní na fungující rodinu, zázemí, přátele, je větší orientace na duchovní hodnoty. Cesta do sociální sféry není jednotná a mnohdy ani přímá. The subject of the graduation thesis is a success in life seen through the eyes of a social field worker. The theoretical part explains terms such as value and motivation. It brings information obtained from the literature about the values of the contemporary Czech society and contemplates about its development. It also includes a short presentation of the individual results of the specific student works. It tries to use the words to describe success, success in life, to summarize the factors influencing the success in life. Last but not least, it brings closer the social work and the specific facilities of the social services, in which the research occurred. The practical part describes and analyzes opinions, ideas, observations of four employees of a low-threshold social services facility helping people without a shelter, in relation to the success in life. It tries to describe their idea of a success in life, which is seen in connection with a diligence, own initiative, commitment, knowledge and honest work. It brings a perspective of their prevailing life values, motivation and quests for the relationships with the choice of their occupation.
