Rakouská strana zelených a její role v rakouském boji proti jaderné elektrárně Temelín

Abstract

Bakalářská práce Rakouská strana zelených a její role v rakouském boji proti jaderné elektrárně Temelín pojednává o vztazích mezi Rakouskou federací a Českou republikou na poli jaderné energetiky; konkrétně se zabývá děním kolem výstavby a posléze plánované dostavby české jaderné elektrárny Temelín. Práce se ale především pokouší analyzovat postoj rakouské zelené strany Die Grünen - Die grüne Alternative a její komunikaci temelínské problematiky v letech 2004-2013, kdy již obě země byly členskými státy Evropské unie. Práce se nejdříve zaměřuje na představení problematiky a hlavních aktérů. Na začátku tedy popisuje samotný průběh výstavby Temelína včetně odůvodnění obav, které z její výstavby a posléze existence a dostavby plynou. Poté shrnuje vývoj rakouských Zelených a rozebírá jejich stranické materiály, ve kterých se objevuje protijaderná tématika. Dále popisuje postoj hlavních politických stran Rakouska k jaderné tématice. Ve stěžejní části kromě komunikace Die Grünen na celostátní a nadnárodní úrovni analyzuje i chování odnoží jednotlivých rakouských zemí a hodnotí jejich orientaci vůči Temelínu. Využívá k tomu materiály, dostupné přímo na stránkách Die Grünen.

Bachelor thesis Austrian Green Party and its role in Austrian fight against Nuclear Power Plant Temelín concerns relationship between Austrian Federation and the Czech Republic within the field of the nuclear industry; namely it concerns the situation around the building and lately planned completion of constructing of the Czech nuclear power plant Temelín. Primarily, the thesis tries to analyse an Austrian green party Die Grünen - Die grüne Alternative attitude and its communication of the Temelín problematic in years 2004-2013, when both countries have been member countries of the European Union. At first, thesis introduces the issue and main participants. At the very beginning it describes Temelín building itself, including the fear connected with its building and lately with its existence and completion. After that it summarizes the development of Austrian Greens and it analyses their party materials in which we can find anti-nuclear topics. Then it describes attitude of the main Austrian political parties to a nuclear theme. In the crucial part it also analyses, except the communication of Die Grünen on federal and supranational level, the behaviour of the local Green Party offices in individual Austrian lands and evaluated their orientation towards Temelín.
