Komparácia oficiálnych energetických politík SR v rokoch 1998-2012

Abstract

The main aim of this bachelor's thesis is analysis of official energy policies of the Slovak Republic in the period of time from 1998 to the presence. The thesis is conducted in the spirit of methods of qualitative research, namely diachronic interpretative comparative study. The primary aim of the thesis is to analyse official strategic documents dealing with the energy policy in the examined time period. The paper deals with two research tasks. First task of the paper is to examine whether there is continuity among individual strategic documents, as well as whether there is continuity among the goals which are set within these documents. In other words, the aim is to find out whether these documents are knit together. The second aim is to find out to what extent where these goals set in strategic documents fulfilled in the reality. In other words, the paper aims to examine whether policies undertaken by the executive of the Slovak republic were in accordance with official energy policies.

Hlavným cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je analýza oficiálnych energetických politík Slovenskej republiky v období od roku 1998 po súčasnosť. Práca je vypracovaná v duchu metód kvalitatívneho výskumu, a to konkrétne diachrónnou interpretatívnou komparatívnou štúdiou. Primárnym zámerom práce je naštudovanie a analýza oficiálnych strategických dokumentov venujúcich sa energetickej politike v skúmanom období. Práca si kladie dve úlohy, a to zistiť, či existuje medzi skúmanými strategickými dokumentmi, a cieľmi v rámci nich definovanými, kontinuita, či na seba tieto dokumenty obsahovo nadväzujú. Druhým cieľom práce je následne zistiť, do akej miery boli ciele stanovené v strategických dokumentoch reálne napĺňané, či kroky prijaté exekutívou SR v oblasti energetiky boli v súlade so oficiálnymi politikami v tejto oblasti.
