Problematika nedostatku míst v mateřských školách v Ústeckém kraji a její souvislosti z pozice jednotlivých aktérů a úrovně vládnutí

Abstract

Souhrn Zvyšující se počty nepřijatých dětí k předškolnímu vzdělávání jsou diskutovanou politickou agendou, které je věnována v posledních letech velká pozornost. Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vybraná města v Ústeckém kraji, ve kterých byla provedena anylýza strategie měst při řešení nedostatku míst v mateřských školách. Cílem práce byla analýza, jak instituci mateřských škol pojímají obce jako jejich zřizovatelé, čím jsou motivována a ovlivňována jejich konkrétní rozhodnutí týkající se chodu mateřských škol a jak obce požadavky výše zmíněných politik a aktérů reflektují. V diplomové práci byla použita metoda případová studie, při analýze jednotlivých případů obcí a jejich strategie. Další použitou metodou byly polostrukturované rozhovory a jejich obsahová analýzy se zástupci obcí v Ústeckém kraji, kteří byli předem e-mailovou komunikací požádáni o spolupráci a seznámeni s cíli a obsahem práce. Institucionální analýza byla použita zejména ve vymezení legislativních a koncepčních dokumentů. Použila jsem také deskriptivní analýzu dokumentů, zejména při zpracování statistických dat a údajů z matrik. Increasing numbers of missed children to pre-school education are debated political agend, which is paid in recent years much attention. This thesis focuses on selected cities in the Ústí region, in which it was carried Examining the city's strategy in addressing the shortage of places in kindergartens.
