Milena Valenová Oponent práce: Název bakalářské práce: Impingement syndrom a bolesti ramenního kloubu ABSTRAKT Bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou, průběhem a léčbou impingement syndromu a jinými bolestmi ramenního kloubu. Cílem práce bylo objektivizovat získaná data z terapie pomocí goniometrie a prokázat kladný vliv fyzioterapie na zvětšení rozsahu pohybu a snížení bolesti u mladého, pracovně vytíženého probanda s onemocněním levého ramenního kloubu. Teoretická část práce se věnuje obecné stavbě ramenního pletence, dále pak také problematice impingement syndromu. Jsou zde zahrnuty obecné informace týkající se ostatních bolestí, které mohou postihovat ramenní kloub. Hlavní důraz je v práci kladen na popsání samotného impingement syndromu. Druhou část práce tvoří praktická část, jež se soustředí hlavně na terapie s pacientem, které probíhaly v delším časovém období. Průběh terapií, výsledky a porovnání goniometrických měření jsou zaznamenány do tabulek a jsou součástí praktické části a příloh. Milena Valenová Opponent: Title of bachelor thesis: Impingement syndrom and pain of shoulder joint ABSTRACT The topic of this thesis was focused on the characteristics, course and the treatment of the impingement syndrome and the other kinds of shoulder joint pain. The aim was to objectify the data from the therapy using goniometric measurements and demonstrate the possitive effect of the physiotherapy on the increased range of movement and decreased pain in young, employed proband with disease of left shoulder girdle lasted almost four years. The theoretical part of my study focuses on general structure of the shoulder girdle followed by the impingement syndrome. There are basic information of the other types of pains that may be found at shoulder joint. The main important topic of my thesis is put on a description of the impingement syndrom itself. The practical work concentrates on the therapy with the patient that last for a long period of time. The precession of the therapy, results and the comparing of geometrical measures are recorded in the tables and are part of the practical part and appendices.
