Supervize ve vzdělávání sester?

Abstract

Ošetřovatelská praxe, stejně tak jako celý systém poskytování zdravotní péče čelí v současné době mnoha dynamickým změnám. Sestry jsou denně konfrontovány se situacemi, které s sebou přináší významnou zátěž pro nositelky této profese. Tato zátěž souvisí nejen s profesí samou, ale též s jejím postavením ve společnosti, s celým kontextem socio-ekonomického vývoje a s aktuálně probíhajícími změnami v systémech financování zdravotnictví, vzdělávání zdravotnických pracovníků i v celoživotním vzdělávání. Metoda supervize by mohla v této nelehké situaci sestrám nabídnout prostor pro hluboké pochopení a pro poskytnutí podpory na jejich náročné cestě. Supervizní problematika není v zahraniční ošetřovatelské praxi zcela novým konceptem, avšak u nás si stále hledá své místo. Hlavním tématem předkládané práce je tedy nastínění a identifikování možností, jak by mohla být supervize integrována do vzdělávání sesterských profesí a do jaké formy vzdělávání v našich podmínkách. V teoretické části, která je členěna do několika kapitol, je vymezeno ošetřovatelství a je popsána současná podoba jeho vzdělávacího systému. Dále je charakterizován nástroj supervize a je nastíněna specifičnost této problematiky v oblasti ošetřovatelského kontextu. Nursing practice, along with the whole healthcare system, is currently facing many dynamic changes. Nurses are confronted on a daily basis with situations that bring a significant burden for the bearers of this profession. This burden is not only connected with the profession itself, but also with nurses' position in society, including the whole context of socio-economic development and the current changes that are taking place in financing the healthcare system, the education of healthcare workers and also in lifetime education. In these difficult situations the method of supervision could offer nurses the room for deeper understanding and could provide support on their demanding journey. The issue of supervision is not a completely new concept in nursing practice abroad, however it is still searching for its place here in the Czech Republic. The main theme of this presented work is to outline and identify possibilities in how supervision could be integrated into the education of the nursing professions and in which forms, under domestic conditions, integration could take place.
