Vliv Standardů kvality sociálních služeb na kvalitu poskytovaných sociálních služeb v domovech pro seniory

Abstract

Diplomová práce "Vliv Standardů kvality sociálních služeb na kvalitu poskytovaných sociálních služeb v domovech pro seniory" podrobněji představuje aktuální situaci v oblasti poskytované kvality sociálních služeb ve vybraných domovech pro seniory. Práce ve svém úvodu obsahuje vytýčené cíle a hypotézy, vysvětluje význam jednotlivých pojmů, které jsou v práci použity, a napomáhá tak k porozumění jejich významu a souvislostí mezi nimi. Dále práce nastiňuje současný stav problematiky, který je silně formován stárnutím populace a s ním související reformou v oblasti sociálních služeb a celkovým systémem kvality poskytovaných služeb v domovech pro seniory. V dalších kapitolách se práce věnuje popisu problému, definici a analýze zúčastněných aktérů, stejně tak teoretickým východiskům, která byla v práci použita. Po teoretické části přechází práce do části empirické, kde je popsána zvolená metodika a metody sběru dat. V poslední části se práce věnuje samotnému kvalitativnímu a kvantitativnímu výzkumu, který byl prováděn ve čtyřech domovech pro seniory ve Středočeském kraji a v Hlavním městě Praze. Dále navazuje vyhodnocení sebraných dat a komparace jednotlivých organizací s množstvím tabulek a grafů. V samotném závěru práce analyzuje výsledky a na jejich základě navrhuje nutná opatření.

The thesis "The influence of quality standards on the quality of social services provided in homes for the elderly" represents the current situation of quality of social services in selected homes for the elderly more detaily. The thesis in its introduction contains defined goals and hypotheses, explains the importance of individual terms that are used at work, and helps to understand their meaning and relationships among them. The thesis then outlines the current state of the problem, which is strongly shaped by the aging population and related reforms in the social services system and the overall quality of services provided in homes for the elderly. The following thesis' chapters deal with a description of the problem, definition and analysis ofthe actors involved, as well as theoretical background, which was used in the work. After the theoretical part, the thesis is transferred to the empirical one, where the chosen methodology and methods of data collection are described. The last part of the thesis is devoted to the qualitative and quantitative research that was conducted in four homes for the elderly in the Central Region and the capital city Prague.
