Testování nového bezkontaktního vodivostního detektoru pro kapilární elektroforézu

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá testováním základních parametrů bezkontaktního vodivostního detektoru pro kapilární elektroforézu. Snahou bylo najít oblast, kde závislost výsledného signálu na koncentraci je lineární, určit hranici citlivosti detektoru a ověření, zda je detektor schopen poskytovat reprodukovatelné výsledky.

This work deals with testing of basic parameters of a contactless conductivity detector for capillary electrophoresis. The aim was to find area where the resulting signal dependence on concentration is linear, to determine the threshold sensitivity of the detector and verify that the detector is capable of providing reproducible results.
