Kooperace vládního a nevládního sektoru v oblasti péče o zanedbávané děti

Abstract

Diplomová práce Kooperace vládního a nevládního sektoru v oblasti péče o zanedbávané děti má povahu teoreticko-výzkumnou a je rozdělena do teoretické a praktické části. První kapitola teoretické části je zaměřena na samotné zanedbávání dítěte v rodině. Kromě vymezení pojmu jsou zde uvedeny důsledky výchovného zanedbávání dítěte v rodině, rizikové faktory zanedbávání a poruchy rodiny ve vztahu k zanedbávání dítěte. Druhá kapitola se věnuje subjektům vládního a nevládního sektoru intervenujících v oblasti zanedbávání dětí. Pozornost je zaměřena na sociální práci v rámci oddělení sociálně-právní ochrany dětí, NNO pracující s ohroženými rodinami a dětmi a sociálně pedagogickou práci s dětmi ohroženými zanedbáváním ve školách a vybraných školských zařízeních. Třetí kapitola pojednává o kooperaci vládních a nevládních subjektů v dané oblasti, o faktorech, které jejich kooperaci ovlivňují a sanaci rodiny jako efektivní intervenci v rodině ohroženého dítěte. Praktická část si klade za cíl kvalitativní analýzu dat dokumentů o činnosti a součinnosti Oddělení sociálně-právní ochrany dětí v Prachaticích, místních NNO, kterým bylo uděleno pověření k výkonu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí, a základních škol. The thesis Cooperation of governmental and non-governmental sector in the care of neglected children has theoretical and research nature and is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The first chapter of the theoretical part focuses on the child neglect in the family. In addition to defining the concept are given the educational implications of child neglect in the family, its risk factors and failure of family in relation to child neglect.
