Pionýr: proměny organizace v kontextu sametové revoluce

Abstract

This thesis is focused on examining the organisation Pionýr, which has a uniqe position among the organisations working with children and youth. It is a qualitative research, which analyses the functioning of the organisation Pionýr before 1989, its transformation into a civic association and status twenty years after renenewal of the independent Pionýr. Main topic is the transformation of the Pionýr organisation and how do the organisation leaders perceive it in interviews and documents. The thesis examines, if it is better to interpret the story of the Pionýr in the context of break in 1989 or rather in the context of continuity. In conclusion there are identified and analysed particular aspects of the break and the continuity.

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zkoumání organizace Pionýr, která má mezi organizacemi působícími v oblasti dětí a mládeže velmi specifické postavení. Jedná se o kvalitativní výzkum, který analyzuje fungování pionýrské organizace před rokem 1989, její transformaci do podoby občanského sdružení a stav po dvaceti letech od obnovení samostatného Pionýra. Stěžejní téma představuje transformace Pionýra a to, jak tento proces vnímají představitelé organizace v rozhovorech a dokumentech. Práce zkoumá, zda lze příběh Pionýra lépe interpretovat v kontextu představy zlomu v roce 1989, nebo spíše představy kontinuity. Na závěr pak identifikuje a analyzuje jednotlivé aspekty zlomu a kontinuity.
