Teoretická část se věnuje anatomii, kinetice a kinematice ruky. Dále obsahuje příčiny vzniku, etiologii, diagnostiku či invazivní a neinvazivní a pooperační terapii syndromu karpálního tunelu. V praktické části jsou zpracovány dvě kazuistiky pacientů po operaci syndromu karpálního tunelu. Kazuistika je dělena na vstupní vyšetření, terapii, výstupní vyšetření a zhodnocení výsledků terapie.

The theoretical part deals with anatomy, kinetics and kinematics of the hand. It also includes causes, etiology, diagnosis, or invasive and non- invasive and postoperative treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome. Two case reports of patients after surgery carpal tunnel syndrome are presented in the practical part. The case report is devided into an initial examination, treatment, final examination and evaluation of results of the therapy.
