Abstract

Miluše Kulhavá Ústav teorie a praxe ošetřovatelství 1. lékařská fakulta, Univerzita Karlova v Praze Bakalářská práce pojednává o Edukaci v primární péči, konkrétně o edukaci probíhající v ordinacích praktických lékařů pro děti a dorost. Teoretická část je zaměřena na historii pedagogiky a edukace, na podrobný popis edukačního procesu, na primární péči v rámci pediatrie a edukační témata týkající se tohoto oboru. V empirické části jsem využila metod kvantitativního výzkumu. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit stav edukace v primární péči v ordinaci praktických lékařů pro děti a dorost, zda jsou rodičům dětí do 6 let (pacientů / klientů primární péče) poskytovány informace týkající se péče o jejich dítě a v případě, že informace poskytovány jsou, kdo je předává, zda edukace probíhá za vhodných podmínek, vhodnou metodou a zda jsou dané informace pro rodiče dostačující a srozumitelné. Výzkum byl dále zaměřen na získání informací o tématech, o kterých zdravotníci edukují a naopak needukují, ale i o těch, které by rádi upřednostnili rodiče. The theoretical part focuses on the history of pedagogy and education, the detailed description of the educational processes in primary care in pediatrics and educational issues related to this field. In the empirical part, I used the methods of quantitative research. Goal of the research was to clarify the implementation of education in primary care in the offices of general practitioners for children and adolescents to determine whether the parents of children under 6 years (patients / clients of primary care) are provided with sufficient information regarding the care for their child and if that information is provided, who passes the information, whether the education takes place under appropriate conditions, through suitable mediums and whether the information is sufficient and for parents easy to understand.
