Životní podmínky dětí ze sociokulturně znevýhodněných rodin

Abstract

Ve své práci se věnuji rodinám a dětem, které jsou sociokulturně znevýhodněny. Snažím se objasnit, jaké mají podmínky pro život, vzdělávání a jak tyto rodiny své děti vychovávají. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na rodinu majoritní společnosti a zmiňuji také rodinu romskou, jelikož v naší společnosti je převaha těchto rodin, které nesou status sociokulturně znevýhodněná rodina. Aby byly patrné rozdíly ve výchově dítěte v těchto rodinách, zmiňuji také, jaké potřeby dítě má. To nám umožní poznat, které potřeby nejsou ze strany sociokulturně znevýhodněných rodin naplněné. Kapitola práva dítěte nám má připomenout, že všichni jsme si rovni, nehledě na to, s jakou barvou pleti jsme se narodili, nebo na to, že se nacházíme v tíživé životní situaci, díky které se stáváme sociálně slabými. Další část se věnuje vzdělávání sociokulturně znevýhodněných dětí. Je zde popsáno, jaké vzdělávání pro ně v naší společnosti existuje, zda mají jiné podmínky pro vzdělávání než majoritní společnost a jak se této oblasti věnuje MŠMT. Poslední kapitola je věnovaná sociální otázce. Uvádím zde, na jakou pomoc státu mají tyto rodiny práva. Jedná se především o příspěvky hmotné nouze a přídavky na dítě, bydlení. Praktická část je zaměřena na počet sociokulturně znevýhodněných dětí navštěvujících MŠ. Čtenáři se dozví, kolik...

In my paper, I focus on children and families, who are socially and culturally disadvantaged. I am trying to explain their living and educational conditions and the way these families bring their children up. In the theoretical part, I mention families with majority society background as well as Roma family - as there are a great number of these families in our society and they have the status of being socially and culturally disadvantaged. To point out the difference in upbringing in these families I also analyse the needs of a child. That enables us to see which needs of a child are not fulfilled in the socially and culturally disadvantaged families. The chapter on the rights of a child should remind us of the fact, that we are all equal regardless of skin colour or of temporary crisis life situation that makes us become socially disadvantaged. In the next part, I write about education of the socially and culturally disadvantaged children. There is description of what kind of education there is for them in our society, if there are appropriate conditions for them or if they differ from the majority society and how this problem is dealt with by the Czech Ministry of Education. The last chapter is focused on the social issue. I mention the help that these families can claim from the government....
