Abstract

Název: Finanční podpora sportu ze strany města Louny Cíle: Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je přinést ucelený přehled o financování a organizaci sportu v Lounech, přičemž větší důraz je kladen právě na financování městem Louny. Dalším cílem práce je zjistit, jaké názory zastávají představitelé sportovních organizací v Lounech na finanční podporu sportovního prostředí, která je poskytována městem Louny. Metody: V diplomové práci byla použita metoda popisné analýzy a rozhovoru. Popisná analýza byla aplikována k vyhodnocení interních materiálů Městského úřadu Louny. Informace získané studiem těchto materiálů byly doplněny neformálními rozhovory s pracovníky Městského úřadu Louny. Za účelem zhodnocení finanční podpory sportu městem Louny byly realizovány strukturované rozhovory s představiteli lounských sportovních organizací. Výsledky: Práce popisuje organizaci sportu v rámci Městského úřadu Louny, metodiku rozdělování finančních prostředků na sport a uvádí konkrétní finanční částky určené na podporu sportu v Lounech. Zjistila jsem, že finanční prostředky na sport v Lounech mají za poslední dva roky klesající tendenci. Dle uskutečněných rozhovorů lze uvedené skutečnosti hodnotit spíše pozitivně. Title: Financial support of sport by the town of Louny Objectives: The main aim of the thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of the financing and organization of sport in Louny, with greater emphasis on the financing of sport by the town of Louny. Another object is to find out, what the leaders of sports organizations in the town think about the financial support by the town of Louny. Methods: In this thesis a method of descriptive analysis and interview was used. Descriptive analysis was applied to evaluate the internal materials of the Municipal Office Louny. Information in these materials was supplemented by informal interviews with staff of the Municipal Office Louny. Structured interviews were conducted with the representatives of sports organizations in Louny in order to assess the financial support of sport by the town of Louny. Results: The thesis describes the organization of sport in the frame of the Municipal Office Louny, the methodology of allocating of financial support for sport and it displays specific sums of money intended for sport in Louny. I found out, that financial support for sport in Louny has decreased in the last two years. According to interviews we can evaluate the described situation positively.
