Kompetence sester na ARO

Abstract

Diplomová práce je věnována problematice kompetencí sester pracujících na oddělení intenzivní medicíny. V teoretické části se zabývám kompetencemi stanovenými právními normami, systémem vzdělávání a získáváním kvalifikace pro výkon profese sestry. Snažím se zmapovat různé činitele ovlivňující rozsah jejich působnosti od regulace profese přes právní odpovědnost zdravotníků až po etickou stránku věci. Krátce se také dotýkám interpersonálních vztahů na pracovišti se zvláštním zaměřením na vztah sester a lékařů. Poslední kapitoly teoretické části se vztahují k některým konkrétním praktickým výkonům - jejich zakotvení v předpisech a jejich provádění ve skutečné praxi. Praktická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na analýzu průzkumu výše zmíněné problematiky. K získání dat jsem zvolila metodu kvantitativního výzkumu pomocí strukturovaného dotazníku. Snahou praktické části je zjistit rozpor či soulad mezi znalostmi kompetencí a praktickým výkonem práce sestry na ARO a odhalit důvody případného překračování sesterských kompetencí. A to z pohledu sester samotných i lékařů.

The Thesis submits the dilemmas of nursing competencies in critical care. In the theoretical Section the author concentrates first on nursing competencies given by legal regulation, secondly on education system, and lastly on gaining the nurse qualification. The author mapped various elements influencing the scope of powers of nurses, more precisely the regulation of their profession beginning at legal liability of medical staff and ending on their code of ethics. The author describes interpersonal relations at the workplace with focus on the relations between nurses and doctors. The last few chapters of the theoretical Section relate to some concrete nursing inverventions - how they are provided and on their stipulation in law. Practical Section hereof is focused on analyses of research regarding the above mentioned topic. The author used the quantitative method of research and structured questionnaire collecting data. Practical Section hereof aims to identify the grounds for the breach of or the compliance with the competencies of nurses in critical care. This Section finds the possible purposes why the competences are overranged from the point of view both of nurses and doctors.
