Zdroje a jejich novináři : problematika diverzity zdrojů v kontextu sociologie zpravodajství

Abstract

Diplomová práce "Zdroje a jejich novináři. Problematika diverzity zdrojů v kontextu sociologie zpravodajství" shrnuje současné znalosti a vědomosti o oborech sociologie zpravodajství a zdrojů a doplňuje je o biologicko-antropologický pohled na pevnost a stálost vztahů mezi lidmi. Tyto koncepty pak aplikuje v kvantitativním výzkumu postihujícím charakteristiku zdrojů citovaných ve třech vybraných českých denících (Hospodářské noviny, Mladá fronta DNES a Právo). Zmíněný výzkum v obdobném rozsahu v České republice zatím nevznikl. Výsledky výzkumu navazují na teoretické koncepty i empirické výzkumy a shodují se s nimi v tom, že se novináři při své denní rutinní práci pravidelně obracejí na "elitní skupinu zdrojů", které zároveň častěji než jiné zdroje citují. V kmeni informačních zdrojů rozprostřených kolem redakcí jednotlivých deníků je však tak velké množství lidí, že se téměř nedá hovořit o nedostatku diverzity zdrojů. Výzkum ale zároveň potvrdil, že jednotlivá média se od sebe v podstatě neliší a obracejí se na stejné typy zdrojů stejně často a pravidelně.

The thesis "News sources and their journalists. The issue of diversity resources in the context of the sociology of news" summarizes the current knowledge and understanding of sociology of news and sources and adds a bio-anthropological look at the strength and stability of relationships between the sources and journalists. These concepts will be then applied in quantitative research affecting the characteristics of sources cited in three selected Czech daily (Hospodářské noviny, Mladá fronta DNES and Právo). The survey of similar scope has not yet been generated in the Czech Republic. Research results follow the theoretical concepts and empirical researches and agree with them that the journalists in their daily routine work regularly turn to the "elite group of resources" for quotations. These sources are also quoted more often than other sources. However, there is so many people in the group of information resources spread around the editorial offices of newspapers, that it is almost impossible to talk about lack of diversity of resources. Research also confirmed that different types of media don't differ at all from each other in the basic parameters and are turning to the same types of resources regularly and with the same frequency.
