Spolupráce v oblasti výchovy mezi institucemi zabývajícími se syndromem CAN v Mostě

Abstract

Teoretická ást pojednává o problematice syndromu CAN a spolupráci mezi institucemi syndromem CAN se zabývající. Popisuje týrání, zneužívání a zanedbávání d tí, hovo í o významu t chto institucí. Empirická ást odhaluje podobu spolupráce (v oblasti syndromu CAN) mezi Fondem ohrožených d tí v Most a výchovnými poradci základních škol v Most . Tato spolupráce tém neexistuje, p estože ji mnohé instituce považují za žádoucí a nutnou. V záv ru diplomové práce si pokládáme otázku, jak by se dala tato situace týkající se spolupráce zlepšit. Záv re ná stanoviska jsou: stanovit pravidla pro spolupráci mezi všemi institucemi zabývajícími se syndromem CAN zákonem, ur it koordinátora inností ve prosp ch ohroženého dít te a zlepšit pracovní podmínky pro pracovníky pomáhajících institucí ve smyslu jejich vzd lávání, podpory a supervize.

The theoretical part treats about problems of syndrom CAN (Child Abuse and Neglect) and the cooperation between the institutions conversant of syndrom CAN. It describes the maltreatment, abuse and neglect of children and discuss the meaning of these Institutions. The empirical part detects the form of the cooperation (in the sphere of syndrom CAN) between the Fund of children in need in Most and careers masters of elementary schools in Most. The cooperation almost doesn't exist, althought the cooperation is desirable and necessary for the most of the Institutions. In the end of the thessis we ask: How to improve this situation relating to the cooperation. The finally points of view are: establish the rules for cooperation between all Institutions in conversant of Syndrom CAN in law, a coordinator of activities for the advantage of the child in need and enhance the working conditions for workers of helping Institutions in the sense of their education, facilitation and supervision.
