This thesis examines the psychosomatic relationships between physical activity parameters, functional reserves of the cardiorespiratory system, quality of life, and mental health stability among young people aged 18-25 who combine work with study. Given the high social demands on this group, regular physical exercise is considered a key recreational and compensatory factor. The theoretical section analyzes the humanistic and intellectual significance of physical education for the comprehensive development of personality, self-control, and discipline. The empirical section combines functional respiratory tests (the Stange and Genči tests) with psychometric methods (SAN, MHC-SF by C. Keyes, and WHOQOL-BREF by the WHO). The research results demonstrated the respondents' high somatic potential, with the majority exhibiting normal or high resistance to hypoxia. In the assessment of quality of life, the psychological sphere and physical health dominated, while the domain of social relationships proved deficient due to a strict time constraint caused by the combination of work and study. Correlation analysis confirmed that mental health stability and the psychological domain of quality of life exhibit statistically significant positive correlations with all training parameters without exception. It was...
