Místo v Praze: Buďánka

Abstract

Mezi člověkem a místem, ve kterém žije je existenciální spojitost. Nejen lidé ovlivňují to, kde a v čem budou žít, ale i místo samotné zpětně působí na jejich životy. Kvali~ které činí místo dobrým k životu se odráží v duchu místa, jeho geniu loci. Genius loci tvoří přírodní prostředt struktura místa, jeho pnběh, architektura a několik dalších faktorů, které jsem popsala v první kapitole své práce. Praha je město se silným geniem loci. Přírodní prostředt kontinuita historického vývoje a její obyvatelé se svými potřebami, dali vzniknout krásnému a rozmanitému městu. Pokud víme, které kvality jsou pro město důležité, bylo by dobré je zachovávat. Skutečnost že kauza Budanka skončila v neprospěch jejich existence je dalekosáhlejš( než je na první pohled zřejmé. Zaprvé přicházíme o historickou památku a to dokonce s přispěním našich památkářů. Ochuzujeme se tak o autentickou výpověď o způsobu života našich předků, ojedinělý doklad sociálního vývoje Prahy a historický doklad dělnického bydlení. Zmizí navíc urbanistický unikát který, jak vidíme ve světě i u nás (Kamenná kolonie v Brně), se mohl stát vysoce ceněnou lokalitou. Ať už pro bydlení nebo turistický ruch. This text deals with the relationship of a human life and the place it is set. The first part treats the fact that an existencial connection is created between the person and the place he or she lives at. Not only do people influence the place of living, but the place itself consequently affects their lives. The quality which makes a place good for life is reflected in the spirit of the place - its genius loci. Genius loci consists of natural environment, structure of the place, its history, architecture and several other aspects which are described in the first part of the study. The second part deals with the city, with Prague in particular. Prague is a city with a strong genius loci. Environment, historical continuity and its inhabitabts with their needs have gave birth to a beautiful and diversed city. If we are able to realize the qualities which are important for the city, it is is desirable to conserve them. This kind of work concems the Prague Conservation. The third part deals with types of workers' habitation in course of the 19th and 20th century. In this context, Budanka, an urban pamatkova zone, is set.
