Abstract

Komunitní energetika a její role ve vztahu k decentralizaci energetiky Abstrakt Tato diplomová práce se věnuje komunitní energetice a její roli v decentralizaci energetiky. Jejím hlavním účelem je podat analýzu právní úpravy komunitní energetiky v českém právu a legislativě Evropské unie, zejména obsaženou ve směrnicích IMED a RED II. Tento dokument se v krátkosti věnuje, mimo jiné, konceptu decentralizace energetiky, který je pomyslnou spojenou nádobou a zásadním předpokladem rozvoje komunitní energetiky. V tomto kontextu se tato práce zaobírá i rolí decentralizace energetiky v některých mezinárodních strategických dokumentech. Nadepsaná diplomová práce vymezuje obecné definice energetických komunit, jejich historii a zaměřuje se na prvky, které jednotlivé energetické komunity spojují a odlišují od sebe navzájem. Tato práce rovněž reflektuje aktivity, které energetické komunity mohou vykonávat v odvětví energetiky a společenské a ekonomické přínosy, které mohou energetické komunity mít. Community energy and its role in the decentralisation of energy Abstract This thesis focuses on community energy and its role in the decentralisation of energy production. Its main purpose is to provide an analysis of the legal regulation of community energy in Czech law and in European Union legislation, particularly contained in the IMED and RED II directives. This thesis also aims to address the concept of energy decentralisation, which is an interconnected vessel and a fundamental prerequisite for any development of community energy. In this context, the thesis also examines the role of energy decentralisation in some international strategic documents. This thesis presents general definitions of energy communities, their history, and focuses on the different elements that connect and differentiate various types of energy communities. This thesis also describes the activities that energy communities may perform in the energy sector and their social and economic benefits.
