KANTOR - HUDEBNÍK. Postavení a role učitelů v 19.století na území Čech

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is called TEACHER - MUSICIAN. The position and role of teachers in the 19th century in Bohemia is an analysis of the position of the cantor-musician in the Czech society of the 19th century and its importance for the development of culture and music in the regions and the entire country. The first chapter of the work briefly describes the development of teacher education in the Czech lands until 1900, where a certain part is devoted to the school legislation of that time. The overall development of education in the 19th century and the gradual improvement of the teacher's position is also evidenced by the financial evaluation of general school teachers. From this follows my knowledge, when the teacher's material support was at the salary level between a qualified craftsman and a senior official. However, a certain image of the position of the teacher was also reflected in the literature of the time (B. Němcová, K. Světlá, K.V. Rais). Other chapters pay attention to cantors-musicians and their work, using the example of which their position in society at the time is shown (Jakub Jan Ryba, Jan Nepomuk Josef Filcík or the musically pedagogic Dusík family). Cílem bakalářské práce s názvem KANTOR - HUDEBNÍK. Postavení a role učitelů v 19. století na území Čech je analýza postavení kantora - hudebníka v české společnosti 19. století a jeho významu pro rozvoj kultury a hudby v regionech i celém státě. První kapitola práce stručně popisuje vývoj vzdělávání učitelů v českých zemích do roku 1900, kde určitá část je věnována tehdejší školské legislativě. Celkový rozvoj školství 19. století a postupné zlepšení postavení učitele je doloženo i finančním ohodnocením učitelů obecných škol. Z toho vyplývá i můj poznatek, kdy hmotné zajištění učitele bylo na úrovni platu mezi kvalifikovaným řemeslníkem a vyšším úředníkem. Určitý obraz postavení učitele se však odrážel i v literatuře dané doby (B. Němcová, K. Světlá, K.V. Rais). Další kapitoly věnují pozornost kantorům-hudebníkům a jejich dílu, na příkladu, kterých je ukázáno jejich postavení v tehdejší společnosti (Jakub Jan Ryba, Jan Nepomuk Josef Filcík či hudebně pedagogická rodina Dusíků). Celá poslední kapitola se zabývá popisem života a díla bratrů Václava a Antonína Liehmannových, kteří byli učiteli a zároveň vynikajícími hudebníky svého kraje, jež ovlivnili svou prací a dílem mnohé generace jejich následovníků, a to jak v oblasti učitelské, tak v té hudební.
