Spolupráce učitele s rodinou v primární škole

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the complete issue of the cooperation and communication among the tripartite: teacher- parent- pupil in primary school. The theoretical part characterizes the institution of the family and the school, describes their relations and an influence of a child when speaking of the society development and its point of view of a child education. It deals with the support of child's keys development (the ability to communicate, to learn, to solve problem situations and to self-evaluate). It offers the point of view of two-way anticipation parent- teacher and their mutual roles. The current new forms of pedagogical communication constitute an integral part of the Diploma thesis - the author deals in detail with important differences in both types of consultations: personal and on-line forms, evaluates their effectivity and difficulties for all involved side. The author presents the educational programme "To start together" at the end of the thesis. This is orientated towards a child and a parental-teacher relation. The practical part deals with evaluation of cooperation between a teacher and parents in the concrete class. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá komplexní problematikou spolupráce a komunikace mezi tripartitou učitel - rodič - žák v primární škole. Teoretická část charakterizuje instituci rodiny a školy, popisuje jejich vztahy a vzájemné působení na dítě v souvislosti s vývojem společnosti, jejím pohledem na dítě, jeho výchovu a vzdělávání. Zabývá se podporou dítěte v rozvíjení jeho klíčových kompetencí (tj. schopnost komunikovat, učit se učit, řešit problémové situace, dokázat se hodnotit). Nabízí také pohled na vzájemnou anticipaci rodičů a učitele, na jejich vztahové role. Zabývám se významnými odlišnostmi v osobních a online konzultacích, vyhodnocuji jejich přínos a úskalí pro všechny zúčastněné strany a opírám se o současné nové formy pedagogické komunikace, které jsou nedílnou součástí diplomové práce. V závěru teoretické části je představen vzdělávací program Začít spolu jako příklad výchovy orientované na dítě a na partnerský vztah učitelů a rodičů. Praktická část se zabývá hodnocením spolupráce mezi učitelem a rodiči v konkrétní třídě. Na příkladech z vlastní praxe představuji formy a způsoby komunikace. Zaměřuji se na konzultace tripartity v osobním i online prostoru. Na základě dotazníků a rozhovorů s rodiči pak analyzuji, zda je tato spolupráce přínosná a zda vede k efektivnímu naplňování výchovně...
